Mentoring Program

BlueMount Capital has established a small mentoring program for a limited number of individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest in investment banking, corporate finance and capital markets.

The program has been developed to provide practical insight into the industry through discussions with experienced practitioners and exposure to selected aspects of transaction structuring and capital raising, using non-confidential examples where appropriate.

As a specialist mid-market investment bank, we are not always able to offer internship or employment opportunities. However, from time to time we invite selected individuals to participate in this mentoring initiative as part of their professional development.

The program is conducted on a flexible, part-time basis and is intended to provide practical industry exposure rather than formal training or employment.

Participation is limited and generally offered only to individuals who have previously engaged with BlueMount Capital or who are invited to participate at our discretion.
