Project Marketplace provides a SaaS-based Marketplace Management Platform (MMP) that helps sellers increase their sales by providing sales analytics, performance insights, marketing and content recommendations, coaching and alerts. Suggestions generated by the platform are seller-specific and based on the seller’s performance diagnostic, peer benchmarks, and Project Marketplace’s marketplace know-how.
The offering provided by Project Marketplace meets an emerging global market need which will amplify over the next two to five years. Project Marketplace is well placed to capitalise on this future growth as many components of the company’s future offering have already been validated successfully within an extensive client base in Australia.
Current Clients
Since inception Project Marketplace’s direct marketing and sales efforts have produced substantial success. Since inception, the company has serviced over eighty-five different clients, of differing sizes, and from different industries.
The company is raising $2,000,000 in equity to complete the next version of the product and to capitalise on significant growth opportunities. Project Marketplace is offering investors equity shares based on a pre-money valuation of $8,000,000 such that $2,000,000 buys 20% of the Company.
